Rumors still rumors, the rumors about the "new eeveelution"  reminded me of my old eeveelution that I made years ago, but it was ugly, so I remastered it \:'P/ and there is. I have another fake eeveelution but dragon-type, but i'm no sure to remaster it. Whatever, that not really cares
